April 2025 - After nearly a year as a key member of the Pestmaster team—and more than 15 years in the pest control industry—Bryan Shamhart, A.C.E., is making an exciting move from team member to franchise owner. He's joining forces with his son, Paul Santi, to launch Pestmaster in the Westlake area of Cleveland, OH.
Bryan knows the business inside and out. His decision to invest in the franchise speaks volumes about the strength of the Pestmaster model, our in-house support systems, and the opportunity for long-term growth. Paul will take the reins on day-to-day operations, bringing energy and focus to this new venture while backed by our full-service launch team and ongoing coaching.
